Along the way you will have the possibility to see a region rich in natural beauty, with stunning beaches, lush landscapes and a vibrant culture. After breakfast, departure for the visit to the Association of Women of Roça Vista Alegre and (during the harvest season) you can help harvest cocoa. Lunch at Almada Negreiros Restaurant. Then, departure to the interior of the island where you can visit the Botanical Garden and get to know the numerous endemic species and plants of the islands, see the natural waterfalls of São Nicolau or Bombay and at the end taste the wonderful and organic coffee of São Tomé in Roça Monte. At a time to be agreed locally, departure for the tour to Ecuador. The site of the landmark that divides the two hemispheres is located on a small islet at the southern end of the island of São Tomé. On the islet of Rolas there are no cars and you will find a pristine and luxuriant landscape with small trails to reach the local community and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Accommodation and dinner.
